Description

The tuberous nasturtium (Tropaeolum tuberosum) is a climbing plant with many stems, which can reach a height of 2m.

Everything about this plant can be eaten: its tubers, its leaves in salads and its flowers.

The 8 to 10 cm long tubers are orange, yellow and brown-veined.

This plant is quite productive, about 2.5kg per plant.
