These filters can be activated simultaneously or individually. It is important to note that the more filters you activate, the less choice you will have. The filter that allows you to find hardy fuchsia varieties is called "Cold hardiness".

On the page, this filter is located in the left-hand banner for the PC display and at the bottom of the drop-down menu for the smartphone display.

You will then have three possible levels of hardiness choice.

  • The first level is illustrated by a snowflake, indicating low resistance to the cold: below zero degrees, fuchsia will freeze.
  • The second level is illustrated by two flakes, indicating medium resistance: the fuchsia can withstand temperatures ranging from 0 to -5°C without mulching.
  • The third level is illustrated by three flakes, indicating the highest level of resistance to frost without mulching: the variety can withstand temperatures from -6°C to -17°C.


Using these filters, you can easily find the perennial fuchsias best suited to your garden.

We use innovative packaging techniques to minimise the risk of damage in transit. The pots are carefully protected by protective shells, ensuring that they stay securely in the box. In addition, we use double-fluted cartons, offering extra protection against shocks and impacts during transport.

In addition, we add strips of recycled paper to the inside of the parcel to provide a third layer of security and immobilisation for the products. This method stabilises the plants and prevents any excessive movement during transit.

Thanks to these carefully thought-out packaging measures, we strive to ensure that your plants arrive at your door in the best possible condition, ready to beautify your garden or home.

 

9°) How quickly will I receive my order?

To ensure smooth internal logistics and guarantee delivery before the weekend, Fuchsia-Delhommeau has set up an efficient order processing process:

All orders are extracted from our database on the Monday morning of each week to go through the processing phase.

A team then picks the various products ordered in our greenhouses, before moving on to dispatch.


The following Tuesday morning, each order is carefully prepared, boxed and labelled for collection by Chronopost in the early afternoon.


During this process, you will receive e-mail notifications to keep you informed of the progress of your order. You will receive a first e-mail indicating that your order is in "processing" status on Monday morning, followed by a second e-mail with a Chronopost tracking number when your order changes to "dispatched" status.

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered to you within 48 to 72 hours.

 

11°) What do your pot sizes look like?


Our nursery uses and sells three pot sizes via our plant sales website: the bucket, the 1L pot and the 2.5L pot. Each product is carefully cultivated to ensure that the plant is sufficiently rooted and branched before shipping. These two criteria are essential to us, as they ensure that our customers get the best out of their plants.
