Oxalis triangularis is a perennial plant, growing about 20 cm high. It consists of a bulb from which a long stem emerges, topped by three triangular, purple leaves. During the summer it blooms with small white flowers. It is usually grown indoors. The Oxalis triangularis plant prefers a bright spot, but not direct sunlight. It is planted in humus-rich, well-drained soil.
